Q. How can I make payments to Hapleaf?

You will be billed monthly, based on the start date of the test engineer. You can pay this using Wire Transfer or, any leading credit card.

Q. What if assigned test engineer(s) get stuck somewhere in project? Do you have supervisors who can assist them without requiring our help?

We will ensure that you get high performing test engineers for your project deliveries.
We have a hierarchy so that every test engineer, junior or senior has a senior mentor or peers who are always there to assist. However, we will contact you if there is any dependency from your end, such as application access, or any third-party signups.

Q. Will the assigned test engineer be comfortable working with existing project team of mine?

Yes, the assigned test engineer will work as part of one team with your existing team. He/She will also be responsible for tasks that will be assigned to him/her.
